need help with a support ticket I submitted

I recently purchased ootp20 on February 14 and submitted a ticket to request a refund on February 16. I haven't gotten a reply to my ticket, but I am just concerned since this is a time sensitive issue because of the 14 day return policy.

Should I submit another ticket? or is there a different way to request a refund?

Our apologies for the slow response!

Our support guy is out for a few days and the rest of us are super busy working on the new game now. I'm trying to get through some tickets, so we'll do our best to get back to you within a day or so.

But don't worry about the 14-days, as long as you submitted the ticket before the limit, it will not be a problem to get you your refund, even if we don't get back to you till after the 14-days.
