Anyway to increase international amateur FA money?
First time I've had this on.
Today is International FA Signing Day. There's a 16 year old with 20/70 contact and 35/80 power. He wants $4,560,000, I can only offer $2,400,000. I never dealt with international money, how do I get more? Is it tied in with player salary? Can I move a contract to free up money or is there another way? |

You need to do it in the pre-season. It is under Front Office>Player Development. You can set your budget there. Again, can only be done in the pre-season.

There is a cap for international amateur fa. You either have already made an offer to another player that allows takes up cap money to offer or your owner wont allow it. If you take a screenshot should be able to easily answer your question

Yes, there is a cap by default. But I have always had to go in like I describe above to increase my spending (because usually my default budget value will be well shy of the 5 mil cap).

You have two sources of money for international free agents.
1) Is the budgeted amount which can be adjusted in the pre-season. This basically sets aside money specifically for amateur free agents. 2) the money you can currently spend on free agents (which is Current Budget Room + Cash)
