Points gone, did not get card packs
I just lost 2000 points and have no cards to show for it.
I clicked on the pack, got an error message that the connection was lost, but I was still on the internet and was still logged in. I tried again with the second pack (it's beta and they didn't cost me anything) and the same thing happened. I now have about 420 points and none of the cards |

Log off, log back in, and check your inactive cards. Also, check the small box at the top next to your PP balance to be sure there is no number (2) showing there (which would represent unopened packs).

Thanks for the advice. When I logged back in they were with the inactive cards.
