Adding Olympiad Tournament Crashes Game

I am trying to add the Olympic tournament to a historical league. Every time I click the "Finish" button after choosing all of the options the game crashes.

My debugger says this.
Unhandled exception at 0x00E7B1C1 in ootp18.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000

Was this adding it to a game already in progress? Did you change any of the Olympiad options when adding?

We may need to see your league files (http://support.ootpdevelopments.com/...p-developments), as there could be something specific in your league settings that's causing the issue you're seeing.

It was an existing game in which I had finished one season, 1915. I was going to add Baseball to the 1916 Olympics.

I clicked the "Olympiad" button; left the defaults on the second screen.

On the third screen, changed "Max Player..." to "College", "Min Player..." to "All Levels", "Max Major..." to "No Major League Service...", set both rejection amounts to "Rarely", set the "Host City" to "Berlin, Berlin, GER", everything else kept the defaults. Clicked "Next Step" then "Finish", then the game crashes.

I was just able to add the Olympiad tournament to my game after the 1916 season changing on the Year to "1920" and the host city to "Antwerp, BEL".
