Pitcher gets win without recording out

Zip file uploaded named "Odd pitcher issue"

Game between the Cardinals and Giants on 6/11/18. The Cardinals won in the bottom of the ninth on a walkoff homer. The box score shows Mark Montgomery as the winning pitcher, having thrown 1 pitch and recording 0 outs. The game log of the 9th inning shows that the final batter grounded out, and it doesn't show Montgomery pitching at all. In the highlights,before the final pitch of the top of the ninth, the graphic showed Montgomery on the mound. The play by play said PITCHING: M Montgomery (Stl) but then said "Tuivailia delivers." It then describes the groundout and says that Tuivailia got hurt on the play.

I'm guessing Tuivailia got injured mid at bat and was replaced by Montgomery, which would mean Montgomery should get credited with 1/3 innings pitched along with the win.
