Updating Names

Yes this is reposted from the mods forum but I would like to get this fixed. So my basic issue is I want to update the names database or names frequency during a game. I have created a game in Ireland and the world file was set to 90 irish and 10 UK (which I assume is what affects name frequency). It turns out the Irish names are very Irish and I want to balance with some more normal names which probably would come from US and UK. The manual said there is an update ethnicities button somewhere but I could not find that in my travels either.

So what are my options. Is there a way to change the percentages?? Or would I have to go in and change a names file so that UK names are set to Irish??

As mentioned, I already read that, looked for that button and couldn't find it. Any chance you could point me to it?? Also it doesn't clarify whether I can just change the frequency or do I have to edit the names file myself to make regular names Irish.

edit: found where the button has been moved to. But now should I be reimporting names or can I just update the ethnicity frequency
and reimport the world_default
ie
<ETHNICITY lid="18" pct="90" />
<ETHNICITY lid="20" pct="10" />
to
<ETHNICITY lid="18" pct="60" />
<ETHNICITY lid="20" pct="40" />
