International vs. Major League

Can someone tell me what changes when you designate a league as international versus designating it as major? Does it impact player signings, international scouting finds? Is there a financial impact?

From my experience, I think the differences are mostly cosmetic. When a player plays in a league designated as "international" their stat line reflects (INT) for the league-level. As a matter of personal preference, I always preferred the clean, ML stat line. Also, as long as you modify financials and modifiers, it's the same as any other existing league. IMO prior to OOTP 15, the logic governing player movement is linear and one-dimensional (meaning league level didn't have an impact on a players decision to sign with a club). With OOTP 15, various mechanisms allegedly are in-place to reflect more dynamic player movement. With the new version, I really hope league-level does factor in or have some sort of impact on player movement decisions.

In OOTP 13 I created an INT league with its own set of minor leagues (an attempt to delineate the financials between the major league and the not-so-major league).

The first difference I noticed, was when I tried to send a player to the minors, the confirmation message read, "are you sure you want to promote this player to AAA?"
