Steve Kuffrey - Ironman

I'm amazed at the number of times that I check out the board only to find that Steve is still on the board and has been posting in a number of threads. It doesn't matter if it is early in the day or late at night - he's there.

Not only that but I've seen him posting at some other boards so he is really keeping himself busy.

What I would like to know then is - what is a "normal" day for Steve Kuffrey? How many hours a day would you be online? Do you take any days off from the board? I'd also be guessing that this is your only job so you don't have to juggle two conflicting schedules.

Let us know . . . if you have time.

IMO we are best off abandoning that sinking ship that is Off Topic to the rats infesting it and just starting a whole new Baseball Forum from scratch.

Tell you this. I've gained a lot of respect for Steve K since beta. With the little info sometimes this guy has, it's simply stunning the work he puts up on this board. He's also the one who gets into hot water the first if there's something wrong with the game and has a job that requires parroting himself every single day.

That said, I will keep on jabbing him if he locks or deletes threads with no reason whatsoever, not to mention if he cheers up when the fanboyesca blast any critic. However, he hasn't gone that route lately and the scissors and padlock now belong to Scottyvib.

All I can say is that the guy does a great job in a situation that requires the patience of Job (pun intended).

Steve Kuffrey is the 'mega' alias on this board.

The entire .400 team has the password to post under that name and THAT is why you see Steve on the boards at all hours of the day or night.

You guys really believed it was ONE guy???

NO ONE could do all that!!

The photo on the .400 site of "Steve Kuffrey" is really Markus' uncle who lives in Berlin and works as an accountant for the German government.

The bio was made up by Andreas to cover for what is really going on.

When .400 has the 'get togethers', Markus brings his uncle to the States so that the farce is upheld. This uncle, Gunter, was schooled in Birmingham, Alabama.........hence the southern accent and knowledge of southern rituals.

Its an elaborate hoax that the whole of the board has bought into and those in the know turn their eyes and act as if its true.

I'm only telling this so that everyone knows, but PLEASE don't act any differently towards "Steve" when you converse with him and if he seems to forget something you've mentioned to him in the past--NOW YOU KNOW WHY!

Here is a photo of "Steve" I found at the Berlin wall in the mid 1980's. Please note that this photo has not been altered in any way

I remember back when Steve told me how to use one of the schedule features. I don't know how I missed it, a chimp could have figured it out. I'll always remember Steve Kuffrey as the one who would point out the totally obvious. Those were the good old days, my friends. *sigh*.

You can sign me out as Twelvefield, Someone Who Steve Kuffrey Personally Responded To Once. Anyone else have any stories like that?

I may not be Steve Kuffrey, but I am Evets Yerffuk, an estranged cousin of his now living in the Balkans.
