Lol I've posted this before years ago but still have to clarify...

My minors below AAA are empty after an expansion draft year 1...if i go to league setup to auto-fill rosters...will it only auto-fill my rosters with ghost players or everyones??

The button on the league setup will auto-fill whatever league's options you are in. For majors this auto-fills major and minor rosters I think, and if done for a minor league it fills that entire league.

If you only want to fill your team switch to commisioner mode and go to that team's transaction screen and somewhere, usually under the 'actions' sub-menu, there should be an option to auto-fill that team. If not there is for sure an option on the major league team's transaction screen to auto-fill the whole organization.
