The team with the worse record will win the rights to the player.

And for future notice, make sure you know the waiver rules. Trading like that is just plain silly and having to make a disclaimer like the one you made shouldn't be necessary. Childish antics like that has cost my spot in many a online league.

Thanks for the help and the advice, I'd already decided it was the last time but it's nice to hear someone else agree.

Sorry, but I think the claim by a team in the same league takes precedence.

This is obviously pretty important to me to get cleared up. Gil, you're the first person to say this with all of the facts presented...everyone else has said otherwise. Is the league precedence thing not in the event of a tiebreaker? Does anyone have any concrete evidence one way or the other? If possible, I'd like to know before tomorrow's sim...so tonight sometime, if it's possible. I need to revoke the waivers and have Chicago do the same with his players if so. I appreciate any and all help available.

Thanks.

You might want to check your league rules. They might have something more specific. In every league I've been in it's the team with the worse record. No league distinction.
