Such a great start!

Set up two teams and ripped all eight of their packs, respectively.

Raccoons - no Mets cards.
Mets - ....... no Mets cards.

Uphill battle!

Got Cole Tucker in a starter pack (of course!)

Gotta say, his 2020 picture is...not much better than last years

It could be worse. You could have gotten Chase Utley, as I did.

I really like the faster animation when opening packs.

The Wichita Falls Spudders were blessed with Live Pete Alonso from 1 of its 2 gold packs to play 1B. He pairs nicely with my other silvers and golds, which include the following:

1B Tino Martinez - 79 OVR
C Omar Narvaez - 81
C Bill Schroeder - 80
C Johnny Bench - 78
C Johnny Schulte - 77

This is going to be an interesting team to build...

Awesome, one of my starter packs had SIX iron cards!

Also one of my F2P teams has more gold starters than my other F2P team has bronze starters.

Pulled a 100 Juan Soto in one of my bonus packs. They really are sharp looking cards, those 100s.

Three teams, eight packs each (w/the two gold packs per team).

Zero perfects, zero diamonds, but one pack that had three golds...

80 Live Chris Archer (ugh)
83 Live Jeff McNeil
80 1912 C Jimmy Archer

Team 1 - Fort Worth Frogs
3 Golds, 3 Silvers

Team 2 - Minglewood Warlocks
3 Golds, 4 Silvers

Team 3 - West Ham United Hammers
5 Golds (this team had the 3-gold pack mentioned above), 4 Silvers

Much work to do with all these teams.

Newborn teams look so horrendous in this game.

For the Mets team that is...

Mets players - 0
Honorary Mets players - 0
Players that wandered through the Mets at some point - 0

I was going to sit this one out and focus on my fictional league...now I can't wait to get home and open some packs!

My son's pack luck continues into PT21 - he pulled a double gold in one of his gold packs.

The quest to get the share of Mets and honorary Mets cards to where I want it - at least 21 - has begun. Have gobbled up Kevin Elster, Pee Wee Reese, and Harry Taylor so far.

Yes, that's small fish, but you should see my PP balance.

My best card in a total of 21 packs for 3 teams ... and he has to go because this is my Frankenthal Brewers team

But at least I got one of those famous Don August-cards

So, as they say: "The only way is up"

Bader sounds like a German last name...can't you make an exception, at least until you get a replacement?
