The GUBA is the best OOTP league I've ever been apart of. Taipei is one of the most storied franchises so far.

2015: 85-77, 2nd place MBBA Atlantic

Manhattan was turned around fairly quickly, going from a 61 win team in 2011 to a 106 win team in 2013 and made consecutive playoff appearances. They dropped to 90 wins in 2014 and 85 last year, but still have a formidable squad. With 13M in payroll room there is some space to add free agents, and the Myst have over $30M in salary coming off the books after this season, so they are definitely a team that can be massaged into what a new GM wants them to be.

I am interested in Manhatten. I will probably keep the team in New York but rebrand the team with new name/logo/uniform if that is allowed.

There are some questions I have that were not answered by the constitution. Are scouts and coaches on? DH, yes or no?

Let me know what I need to do to put in my application.

Manhattan is yours -- rebranding the team is an option, at a cost of (in-game) $1 Million and 60 PPTs, and with Governing Board approval.

Manhattan is filled. The esteemed Fallschirmjager has taken on the task of running the Myst and is planning on acquiring enough money and Participation Points to build a new stadium and rename the team

The sim tonight will finish up January, 2016. Plenty of time until opening day, come take over the Taipei Tigers and see if you can continue their winning ways.
