I've been talking with some other players about a small league.

One thing I'm wondering about for online play we're you're doing maybe a week at a time.

Is there a way like with OOTP that you can set lineups and particularly goalies for the next week's games?

For goalies you can use the goalie start settings.

Lines for every day/game is to much. Down the road (I hope sooner then later but it depends mostly on how much time we need to spend on early bug fixing) I want to add a simple depth chart system for online leagues.

That option is ok but not really what's needed for online play where a week at a time will be run.

You'd really want to set your goalie for each game. To determine which opponent gets the back-up.
