I ran it and installed it over the previous location, all good, saved games still there

If no smaller patches, would it be possible to save the setup defaults from the initial install in the registry so it will remember where things go?

Does this mean closers will now get more saves as opposed to the typical league leader having 25-35 in the first version of the beta?

Sure looks like it. Just simmed a full season and the league leader had 47. 20 different pitchers had at least 30 saves.

Tuesday hop that Option like get rid of Salary Cap then my A. GM would resign all my people becuase I Have to go into Commissioner Mode to do offer them a new Contract to accept but if I have like Negro League people they will resign automatically and also if put somebody Untouchable like Hosmer,Alex Gordon and so on they will still get Traded by my A. GM and needs to be fixed.

For guys talking about offense. I think it is important to run the auto recalc before the season starts. If your modifier is 1.000 for hr you will be way off. The first pre patch game mine turned out like .699 or something. Hr totals where fine.
My guess post patch may be something like .850.

Run auto calc, then play a season. My guess hr totals and offense totals will get more expected.

That's not a bug. Happens in real life as well.

Looks like the modifiers in the MLB quickstart were not recalculated by me. Will be fixed.

There was one issue with historicals with neutralized stats on, though. That will be fixed for tomorrow.

I know this does happen in baseball, it just seems to be happening a bit more than I'd like to see.

You guys noticing the same thing?
Nope. Everything good here. Make sure you start a new game with the new beta.

I ran auto re-calc and the modifiers are still all at 1.000. Does that mean my hr totals will be off?

Well, then something with your league is wrong. Please post in the bug report forum and upload the league files.

Sorry I realized I was looking at the player creation modifiers, not the game modifiers.

I just started a standard MLB game. Do my modifiers look normal?

My modifiers after running re-calc are:

Hits- .977
Doubles- 1.164
Triples- 1.076
Homers- 1.089
Walks- 1.012
HBP- .758
Strikeouts- 1.020

Maybe not the best place to ask, but sometimes we don't get responses in the new to the game forum. What is re-calc? Are we supposed to run this before we start our game?

No, all should be well. This is only needed if you change the league totals manually.
