Ok, gentleman, let's not bait.

It's ok to disagree with someone or to not like some one but we cross the line when we flame them.

I'm not positive, but I believe that's what that referred to.
If that is what those setting is then it is very confusing.

There are two options to the 'Base Depth Chart and Pitching Staff AI on...' either 'Potential ability' or 'Current Ability'. And it can be set at each level of the minors individually.

That doesn't seem to be referring to do what level players are put at but on the composition of the depth charts and pitching staff.

Could be wrong but that is what it looks like to me.

I know I've asked you this before, but why is it that you always feel the need to lecture us, while you giggle and actually praise a certain social misfits aggressive behavior? Your right to do so, but he's a grown up and if he wants to act like an total jackass, he deserves to have folks make fun of him.

His behavior in the % thread is trollish to say the least.

My apologies. But, I think you may have misconstrued my intentions, my good friend.

I do not mean to lecture anyone. I'm doing my best to include everyone, I'm doing my best to make every one feel welcome, and I'm doing my best to make the world a better place. No one deserves to be made fun of or antagonized. Especially those who have not been blessed with same strong social skills that you have.

I know when The Wolf is joking and when he has gone too far. It's hard for me to explain. I just understand. Maybe my sarcasm-sensors are more highly-tuned than yours. Maybe I can look past the jabs, have a deep look at the person throwing them and see why they are being thrown. Honestly I don't really know.

Sure, I could list multiple instances where I thought he was out of line. But I could also list multiple instances where other people are out of line as well. I guess it boils down to that I have accepted him for who he is and I haven't tried to make him fit into what I deem to be a "social norm". I try to be kind to all people. Especially those who need my kindness the most.

One last thing. When I disagree with someone (not always...but I try) I make my stance clear and let it go. I don't care if I get the last word in. A lot of men think that if they give up the last point in a debate that it means they lose. I don't buy into that fallacy. Since I am happy to walk away without the last word I don't have to worry about carrying grudges.

After that post I was done. I did not bother with any of the rebuttals that came afterwards.

I wonder if this has been fixed:
Play-by-Play
As the winning run scores the other team won't risk a throw. Huh ???

or what about this one:
As the winning run scores the throw is cut-off and the runner is thrown out at third.

This went round and round once before. If I remember correctly this is how it ended:

1. There was no point in the throw. There was no chance to get the runner.

2. The fielder tried to get the out at 3rd before the runner at home crossed the plate.

On No. 2 there was less than two outs so that play wouldn't do any good(unless you are the 1962 NY Mets).

Ah, my mistake...

The famous less than two outs version of this. I agree that his PBP should be removed.

The best argument that I can imagine--that i disagree is good reason--is that the player thought that there was two outs and it was a mental mistake.
