Pre-ordering OOTP is something I do every year, and have done since 6. So yep, pre-ordered. There's very few game franchises you can put your absolute faith in to deliver on promises and provide a great product, but I've never been let down by OOTP and don't ever expect to be. So thanks for the great game!

$52 Canadian = $37 USD. Exactly the same as what I paid. Not sure what the issue is here.

I have pre-ordered every version since pre-order was introduced sans a few beta test years. Every version has had that one feature that raises my eye brows and gets me thinking. This year I did not get that feeling on reading the newsletter. That being said, I am looking forward to the increased sim speeds to start building larger universes.

I will wait for some leaks on various features that didn't make the letter. Opt-outs was confirmed in one thread which is a good start!

I've made my yearly purchase.

It's simply the best bang for the buck game I have ever had the pleasure to play! I've been playing the same save since v4 (2002) and will import my ongoing game into v17 as soon as I get my hands on it.

Anymore I'm not sure what excites me more...
Spring Training and knowing baseball is just about to start another season. Or the annual release of OOTP.

I live in Florida (home of the snowbirds) and when the exchange rate is this bad we get flooded with Canadian quarters. Better watch your change. Actually, most cashiers just take them as if they were real quarters and most customers who don't pay attention that end up with them just use them all sneaky-like at the next store they go to.
