New season not generating.

I am in the 25th season of my league. When I finished the season I did not have the option to sim to the beginning of the preseason (or to any important point in the next season). I simulated it to February of the next year and still have no way of selecting to sim to the preseason or the start of the regular season. Any help is appreciated.

What part of your season does your league think it's in? At the top of the screen, does it say "League Playoffs" or "Offseason"?

Is your league in an association with playoffs? If that's the case, then association playoffs should start after the league playoffs end. If you have not updated to the 20.7 or 20.8 patches there was a bug where in some cases the association playoffs would not start, which could cause a league to be in a state like this.
