Question new pc/new download?

I've read through other questions about installing OOTP on a new PC according to the elicense agreement - but I've got a slightly different problem...

I fried my hard drive - so my download of OOTP is lost. I just purchased a new pc - I do still have my purchase confirmation e-mail with the order # from my OOTP purchase. Can I call tech support and be issued an ID that will allow me to download OOTP again, or do I need to purchase it again?

Also - when/if I re-download - will I need to also re-download all patches since the initial release, or do all patches get incorporated into master download?

Thanks in advance - both for the answers and for a great game....

I believe you can just download and enter the order ID; presto you are up and running (you have 3 liscences to use up and the fried hard drive should only have had one of them).

Then you should call Via Tech, explain the situation and they should be able to restore the lost liscence from your hard disk failure and you'll be back up to your full compliment of available liscences (3 purchased - 1 liscence in use = 2 more available).

Hope this helps...

If you have any more questions Via Tech Support should be able to help you.

Edit - the order ID I mention should be on the emailed reciept you received

You can download the installation program as many times as you like... you just can only have 3 copies fully installed and workable (liscence) at a time.

The download is already fully patched.
