Post Teams in wrong league?

In one of my leagues the Brooklyn Dodgers are in the National League but when you go to the league records it shows them in the American League. If you look under American and National League Leaders it shows them in the National League BUT it doesn't even show their team name when it lists the players. Any clue what could be happening here?

Thanks for any help.

Have you expanded or moved any teams into a different league recently?

This is a known bug that occurs when the game reassigns team numbers after expansion or if a team is moved into the other league.

Further down the page there is a post where I mention what I think a potential solution may be.

This team was originally the Los Angeles Dodgers but they switched to the Brooklyn Dodgers. They did switch divisions but it was from the NL West to the NL East so they were never in the AL. They switched with the Milwaukee Brewers who were originally in the NL East but are now in the NL West. The Brewers, however, don't have any problems like the Dodgers do.

I looked through all the old posts on this board but I didn't see anything related to this. If you have any suggestions it would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Colin

My guess is that it still has something to do with the divisional changes.

Yeah I figure it has something to do with the divisional change too. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any way of fixing this?

Unfortunately I haven't found a way to fix this... I believe a way to solve this issue would be for Markus to have the games look at the teams and assign the team numbers to each league at the start of each season instead of at the creation of the association (which is what it appears to be currently) this way any chages to the league structure that was done during the off season the game could check and then assign the teams to the appropriate league for records, etc.
