Please help me

So I know now I've been doing things wrong but I feel I finally have it together.

I have my .dat files in the right place, and I'm ready to submit a support ticket -- but it won't let me.

My login is ClayK. But when I entered that it said my email or password was wrong. So I changed the password. And it still said my email or password was wrong.

So I guess I need an email instead of ClayK as the user name so I try to register, but it says that claykallam@gmail.com, my email address (obviously), is in use and thus I can't register.

How can I send in a support ticket? (I've been at this since June 3, and due to my own errors, have failed to get this done.)

Where are you trying to do this, because if you can post here, then you are logged in.

I can't log in to get a support ticket.

And without a support ticket, I can't play my frozen game, which has a blank roster in a minor league team.

I can't speak to your question about the support ticket issue, but it sounds like the hold up you have with your game is that you have a minor league team with too few players (zero, if I am to take you literally).

In the past at least the work around on this has been to go into the league setup area, in the rules tab, and click on "allow incomplete rosters (ghost players)" or something like that. (Sorry, not in front of game right now.)

This should allow you to advance in your game.

Thanks much ... I did that, and it didn't work. I'm hoping someone at OOTP will eventually respond.

PM-ed you one bit of info. Sorry for missing this thread before. Also if you still can't get into the support site, I'd suggest sending a PM to Lukas Berger who can potentially look up your info for there. I know some people often have trouble logging in there at time, not sure what happens with it.

Otherwise, for now, please go ahead and upload your dat files to the support site (http://support.ootpdevelopments.com/...p-developments) and let us know on here the name, and we can have a look in the meantime to see what can be done to fix things. The 2 main fixes for a blank minor league team are either to fill the league with fictional players, or to allow ghost players. Another thing is to make sure that you somehow haven't screwed up a rules setting that makes nobody eligible (ie. not allowing foreigners and the team is located in Tuvalu or something). But if you upload your league files we can have a look.

And if you do, and do get into the support system and file a ticket, do be sure to mention this thread in case we answer here before there or vice versa.
