Use pre-defined draft value for AI. Not working when checked in Historical Leagues

This same thing happens with every new version of OOTP.

For example Babe Ruth doesn't go 1st in his draft. and other players aren't ranked as they should be.

pre-defined draft values do not function during inaugural drafts nor any of the other kinds of drafts, they are only used during rookie drafts

at least that is how it was set up when they were first instigated

No kidding buddy,everybody knows they are for rookie drafts...and the fact of the matter is the function is not working correctly when checked,if it was Babe Ruth would be drafted first in his rookie draft,but he never is,its broken man that is what I am trying to tell you but getting through to you is like trying to swim in quick sand.....

To be honest I could care less if you fix it,done with you and your smart ass know it all answers.
