Question about regions and foreigner limits
I've never designated a league to a region before and I'm not sure how they work vis-a-vis foreign player limits.
Say I create a league in India but want players from Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka to not be considered foreigners and count against any limit I impose. Would I simply assign the league to the South Asia region and base the foreigner limit on league nationality? Thanks in advance for any help.

Please, don't all rush to answer at once.
Anyway, for future reference, for anyone seeking an answer to this question, the answer is 'yes'; players from different nations within the same region will count as foreigners. It would be a cool addition if, in much the same way we're able to select which nations our league can draft players from, we had the ability to select which nations can be counted as 'home nations' for our leagues and thus excluded from imposed foreigner limits.
