Creating All Time League OOTP15?

Newbie here,

I've been hammering out a couple of long careers with the standard settings and am itching to try and start from scratch using an all time draft using all players from 1871 to 2013.

I know there is a quick start game that features all time greats but i'm looking to create a league that features a more in depth group of players.

I've attempted a few different paths in trying this (starting historical season and clearing rosters and league structure) but am running into problems when i try and import historical teams. Also when running the all time great quick sim there are no managers/coaches, among other quirks.

Is there anyone would be willing to give me a rundown on how to set up a league where i can hold a fantasy draft from day 1 that includes all players from 1871-2013 with minors, managers, budgets etc?
