I recently got a new laptop and would like to play OOTP on it. I can't get my order number or serial number from when I purchased the game about a year ago, because the email I used no longer exists (roadrunner is whack). When I try to submit a support ticket, I get a message saying "Sorry, you do not have permission to carry out this action." Is there any way for me to play this game again or will I have to pay for it again?
