Full minors, trading is allowed and no draft, each player will start with the team they started with in the past.
League will mirror history of the league with expansion, name changes ect. Just trying to keep the structure the same, but whatever happens to the player depends on how OOTP tries to match there real life stats. Ted Williams he did actually win the MVP in 1946 and Triple Crown in 1947 with very similar stats. Duke Snider on the other hand was a HOF, but didn't start as well as he did in OOTP. Jackie Robinson didn't win the MVP in 1949 like he real did, but his stats. Real/OOTP Hits 203/209 SB's 37/32 Avg. .342/345 Runs 122/126 Also ROY (both leagues 1949) and Cy Young Awards (1956, both Leagues 1967) did not start until the years posted.

The Yankees won there final 4 games of he regular season and Cleveland dropped there final 4 as the Yankees won the AL by just 1 game! The Philly A's make it 2 straight in the AL and the Dodgers have called it a dynasty as they get there 6th straight NL title, but not without a challenge as the Milwaukee Braves fall 5 games short. The World Series almost mirrors last years meeting between these 2 teams. The A's win games 1 and 2 and the Dodgers win 4 straight to win another Championship their 3rd straight. The Yankees return to the fall classic, but it was a close race as the Senators finished just 2 games out and the Tigers and Red Sox were 5 and 6 games back. In the NL it was the same story as the Dodgers win the NL by 22 games with a 106-48 record. In the World Series it was Brooklyn for a 4th straight time, so lets look at the team that has been so dominate in the 50's. The Lineup Jackie Robinson (.292) Don Hoak (.285) Duke Snider (.324 41 HR's) Gil Hodges (.284 27 HR's) Roy Campanella (.292 30 HR's) Pee Wee Reese (.282) Sandy Amaros (.277) Chico Carrasquel (.285) Rotation Harvey Haddix (17-9) Don Newcombe (21-6) Art Houtteman (18-8) Paul Minner (20-6) Minner was injured in August and out for the season Billy Loes made 6 starts and had a 1.85 ERA, Loes was 36-11 the previous 2 seasons but couldn't break into this rotation AL MVP Yankees Mickey Mantle nets his first MVP at 22. .340/34/111 AL Cy Young Chuck Stobbs (NYY) 19-13 ERA 2.88 AL ROY A 19 year old from Detroit Al Kaline .299/19/87 NL MVP Willie Mays (NYG) at 23 the Say Hey Kid gets his 1st MVP with a monster season .366/44/115 NL Cy Young Robin Roberts (Philles) 21-7 ERA 1.96 NL ROY the first pitcher selected SP Bill Hall (Pirates) 16-10 3.61 A couple strikeout records in 1954 Giants 2B Jaime Abad broke the record set last year as he struck out 163 times Cleveland flamethrower Herb Score set the record of 9.58 K's per 9 innings The move from St. Louis to Baltimore may take some time as the Orioles end up with the worst record in baseball 45-109. In 1955 the Philadelphia Athletics will move the club to Kansas City and become the Kansas City Athletics. The lone Hall of Fame Inductee Joe "Ducky" Medwick. Ducky a career .324 hitter played 15 seasons with 10 All Star selections and was the 1937 NL MVP

The Brooklyn Dodgers go 20-4 to end the season, but fall 1 game short as the Philadelphia Phillies end the Dodgers streak of 7 straight NL crowns and win their 1st NL Championship since 1915. In the AL it wasn't close as the Yankees win the AL by 14 games. In a big upset the Phillies beat the Yankees in 7 games and win their 1st ever World Series! 33 year old Phillies starter Jim Wilson who missed most of the season due to injury had made just 11 regular season starts, shutout the Yankees on 4 hits in game 7. AL MVP Mantle wins his 2nd straight MVP .360/51/123. He also become the 1st player to hit over 50 HR's since Hank Greenberg (58) in 1937. AL Cy Young Whitey Ford 25-7 ERA 2.43 AL ROY Rocky Colavito (Indians) .309/37/104 NL MVP Ernie Banks (Mr. Cub) .329/38/124 NL Cy Young 34 year old Warren Spahn (Milwaukee) 22-11 ERA 2.28 NL ROY Dick Stuart (PIT) .242/36/98 Orioles starter 33 year old Bill Wight no-hits the Senators. Last season Wight lost a league high 24 games (7-24). Herb Score (CLE) struck out 15 batters in a game twice during the season. The Yankees trade 4 prospects to KC including Ralph Terry for 2B Nellie Fox The Redlegs are at the bottom again 53-101 3 selections to the 1955 Hall of Fame Al Simmons, 21 ML seasons a 3-time All Star with a .334 career average Stan Hack 18 seasons all with the Cubs 5 AS appearances and had a .303 lifetime average. Red Ruffing pitcher 24 years in the bigs, had 276 wins and 6 All Star games

After just a one year absence the Dodgers make it back to the World Series, but in the AL the Detroit Tigers are crowned AL Champions for the first time in 11 seasons. The Dodgers are just too much for the Tigers and win the Series in 5 by scoring 47 runs in the 5 games. AL MVP At the age of 38 Ted Williams wins not only his 4th MVP Award, but does it in grand fashion by also becoming the only player to have 4 Triple Crown seasons! .355/45/118 AL Cy Young In his 2nd big league season Yankees pitcher Tom Sturdivant wins the award. 21-8 ERA 2.58 AL ROY Ed Roebuck (CLE) becomes the first relief pitcher to win ROY. 3-3 ERA 2.20 with 12 saves NL MVP Mr. Cub Ernie Banks wins his 2nd straight MVP .328/42/111 NL Cy Young Robin Roberts (PHI) wins his 2nd CY in 3 years 22-8 ERA 2.40 NL ROY Roberto Clemente (Dodgers) becomes the 1st Latin player to win the ROY .335/8/74 Why is Clemente with the Brooklyn Dodgers? Brooklyn signed Clemente in 1952 to its Triple-A team in Montreal with a $10,000 bonus, but he was used as a bench player. An MLB rule stated that any player given a bonus of more than $4,000 had to be on a major league roster for his entire first season or be eligible for the annual rookie draft, the Pirates elected him first in the next draft. The Tigers Billy Hoeft throws a no-hitter against the Orioles. Yankees 1B Moose Skowron is traded to the Tigers for 24 year old pitching prospect Jim Bunning The Senators SS Dick Hogan breaks the strikeout record by fanning 172 times. Herb Score (CLE) continues to fan batters at a record pace as for the 3rd year in a row he increases his K's per inning record to 10.6. Score has struck out 788 batters in the last 3 seasons, but has also walked 419. Score also currently holds the career record for lowest batting average against at .193. The White Sox take the loser title in 1956 going 56-98. Bob Feller retires after 21 Major League seasons. No HOF inductees.

As we head into the 60's the World Series has a familiar look, sort of. Its the Dodgers and Yankees in the first East Coast vs West Coast series. Both New York and LA win their League Championships by wide margins. The Yankees continue their dominance as they sweep the Dodgers for their 2nd straight title and 4th in 5 seasons. AL MVP Washington Senators 1B Harmon Killebrew .277/49/105 AL Cy Young NYY Je Gibbon relief pitcher turned starter in mid-season goes 10-9 with a 1.75 ERA AL ROY SP Dean Chance 12-7 ERA 2.48 NL MVP Dodgers 1B Jim Gentile .299/41/106 NL Cy Young Brewers lefty Juan Pizarro 20-6 ERA 1.65 ROY Cubs SP Dick Ellsworth 17-7 2.58 ERA The big news at seasons end would have to be the 1961 ML expansion as the American League adds 2 expansion teams. The Senators move to Minnesota and become the Minnesota Twins and Washington gets the new expansion team that will still be the Washington Senators. Los Angeles adds a second team as the Los Angeles Angels join the AL. Notable expansion draft picks Senators 39 year old Stan "The Man" Musial SP Johnny Podres 4 time All Star 3 Time World Series Champ Los Angeles Angels SP Johnny Antonelli 6-time All Star 2B Nellie Fox 6-time All Star 3 Gold Gloves 3-time World Champ SS Luis Aparicio 3-time Gold Glove winner
