I sent in an email and opened a ticket yesterday after purchasing the game.
Ticket ID: 18660; I didn't send an email to you directly - sorry if I misunderstood your post above. Either way - I can test if you would like another user.

I downloaded the TestFlight app and ran MLB manager 2017 and still it crashes. Though it takes a tick longer to crash.

That tic longer running happened for me as well, although I noticed that same thing happened when I would restart my phone and close all my apps prior to receiving the beta.

A new build is up, it will still crash but we hope to get a bit more info from the crash files.

IMPORTANT: please allow to share developer info with your device before you start the App:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202100

Please remove your old App first, then install the new build from Testflight.

Thanks for helping us out to find the cause for the crash!

When I was deleting I deleted from TestFlight as well and won't let me run the update without receiving a new invite

The .14 build did not get a single crash reported so I can´t look into the reason.

I will prepare a new build now (with Apple you never know) but in the meantime, please look again if you followed the guide in this link:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202100

Also enable "Share with App developers".

Then make sure MLB Manager 2017 is really closed (not just in the background) and start/crash it again.

Once the .15 build is out (I will post here), please repeat the process.

We got one crash report with the new build. The crash is somewhere in the iOS code, so there is no way for us to debug it. So it is back to the drawing board.

Since it happens always on a small number of devices and never on the majority of devices, we need to find the common point for the devices that it happens on:

AFAIK it happens only on iPhones, right?

Everyone with the crash, can you please post your exact device type, iOS and any setting you might use that is not the default (like screen lock or child protection). Maybe we find something that all effected devices have in common.

Many other can run the App on this device + iOS so can you think of any setting you might use that is not the default?
