Save a Dominant Franchise From Rebuilding (ootp 18 fictional league)

New GM's Welcome!

We are a fictional league currently in May (draft is coming up) for 20th season (league going on 6+ real life years).

We sim 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday) during the season and 5 times a week during the offseason. Mostof our sims will be live but we do quick sim some days to save time. We also use slack and S+. 30 teams, 2 conferences, 3 divisions each.

We have one opening left. The team open has been one of the most dominant teams in the league for a majority of the league but now has run into financial issues. The team still has elite talent (lots that are still young) but a rebuild is could be looming because of financial issues if nothing is done. The team recently had one of their hitters get a CEI but this will save money next year.
