PR not in box score?

Doesn't it seem odd that Pinch Runner is not shown in box score?
I looked at box score and saw belanger as DH for Kluezewski
the footnote just says substituted.

Why aren't we showing what type of substitution?

Pinch runners are shown in the box score. When someone runs for the DH, they just become the new DH.
