Hey guys! GM of the Florida Featherheads here. I cant say enough good things about this league. Competitive, yet friendly. Encouraging and full of great people.
Plus how many other leagues have their own podcast?! Tune in for new episodes soon |

Opening Day, PEBA style has arrived, with Monday evening's games the start of 2028 - the PEBA's 22nd season!!! Now's your chance to get in on the fun - Okinawa and Hartford had the first and third most wins in 2027 - Do you have the stuff to lead them to the title in 2028? Can you guide the Shisa past perennial powers Shin Seiki (the Champs), Aurora (always a threat) and Crystal Lake (they ain't the 'Gnats for nothing!)... Hartford has their own tests in the Imperial League - Florida (multiple Cup winners), Kentucky (runners-up the past two years), West Virginia and Havana (two of the shrewdest run clubs) all pose a threat to Hartford's Championship aspirations!
Challenges abound in the PEBA - Hop on the Train now - it's Arollin'... |

GM of Toyama here. As others have mentioned, both available teams (Hartford/Okinawa) had outstanding seasons last year. Both teams have a superstar quality position player in Luis Cedeno (HAR) and Clarence Carpenter (OKA), and both teams will likely make a strong push towards the playoffs this season. It's rare to have such well-built teams available at the start of a season, so now is the perfect chance to jump in!

Hi everyone!
10 days ago, I asked to join this league and, after a couple of emails, I was appointed as GM of San Antonio. My first impression is positive, for different reasons: First (and probably the most important reason) everybody here is nice and helpful, if you’re a beginner (in online OOTP) You can ask on the forum or type an email to mr. Topham and you will easily have all the answers to your questions. Many GMs loves to write about their team: from fictional story to simply report and analyze the latest sim results. Even though PEBA is a small online community, the forum section is very active. You should definitely give, at least, a look at the forum section (especially in the blog and news section). Bye |

PEBA play moving into week 3 of the 2028 season, and compelling storylines abound - including Okinawa pounding the ball at record pace! Now is the chance to get into the race, with the Shisa and Arlington looking for a leader for 2028 and beyond!!

Just want to add my 2cents here. I have been in PEBA for 10 calendar years. There are things in life that come and go, but my experience with this league has been very positive. And with the great group of guys here I have actually become friends with several of them. As in all leagues people come and go, but when you can make a long lasting friendship that continues even after someone leaves the league, that has more meaning to me. There are many many leagues around, but this one already has stood thru the storms of time, versions, changes in the board. I think this is because of the group of guys that have the same feelings as I do - that there is more to the game when you stress immersion and let the community make decisions.
Hope to see you guys contact us Thoroughbreds |

I would highly suggest joining this league. We move at the perfect pace to allow you to keep up, but not too slow either. Our imaginative world has a long cherished history. All the GMs are competitive, but fair. We are one big family. Come join us!

With the 2028 Draft just 3-weeks away, now's the time to be there and plan on the future of your franchise! Send us an Application, Here!! |

PEBA is a terrific league. You can quietly guide your team to fame and fortune, or write about every star, bum, or prospect who shows up on your roster. Reading the team updates by the other GMs is half the fun!

Solid league with a long history and a lot of well thought out additions outside the box like winter ball, targeted coaching and stadium changes.
