The SEATTLE MARINERS won their first ever World Series, defeating the Angels in six games.

The STATEN ISLAND YANKEES were eliminated after finishing in last place. They went 51-110, finishing three games behind the Dunedin Blue Jays.

Frederick Keys 1B Danny Dwyer led the league with 78 home runs and a 1.128 OPS.

Orioles left fielder Jorge Contreras was worth 8.5 WAR, leading the league for the second straight year.

Bobby Hood had the best season of his career so far, with a .345 OBP and 3.5 WAR and just 194 strikeouts. His career WAR is now above 0 for the first time in his career, and he is rated at 3 stars.

With Trout retired, Rafael Devers of the Spokane Indians is the active home run leader. Just 36 years old, he has 603 career homers.

Kiril de Loera's late career resurgence continued as he posted a 2.27 ERA while leading the league in innings for the fourth time. He has walked exactly 22 batters three seasons in a row. The season prior, he walked 23.

de Loera's teammate Josh Brett led the league with a 2.21 ERA.

2034 Season:

The SAN DIEGO PADRES won their second World Series in three years, defeating the Colorado Rockies in 7 games. Game 7 went to extras, with the Padres winning on a 2-run Sonny Bishop walk off homer in the bottom of the 10th. The Vermont native hit a game-tying 2-run home run the previous night with two outs in the bottom of the 9th to send the game to extra innings. It truly was a legendary World Series performance.

The PORTLAND SEA DOGS have been relegated to the Pit of Despair. They finished tied for last place with the Pulaski Yankees, but lost a 1-game playoff to be eliminated from the league. Yankees pitcher Drew Storms, who had done most of his prior work out of the bullpen, threw six innings and allowed just one run.

Stockton left fielder Brad Wallis led the league with a .388 batting average.

El Paso first baseman Mike Napier hit 65 home runs to lead the league. He has now hit 40 or more in six consecutive seasons.

Augusta Greenjackets right fielder Joel Mitchell led the league with 10.1 WAR and a 1.170 OPS. He hit 62 home runs with a .445 OBP.

Padres SP Mike Gunst walked just 14 batters in 175 innings. His 0.84 WHIP led the league, and his 2.47 ERA was 5th.

On July 7th, Arkansas starter Ronnie Benson threw a perfect game against Batavia. It was the second no-hitter of his career, and his 17 strikeouts are the most ever in a perfect game. The following day, Missoula pitcher Federico Escalera threw a perfect game against Charleston. This marks the first time in baseball history that perfect games have been thrown on consecutive days.

The Danville Braves were the best MiLB team, going 102-60 and finishing in 9th place.

The Arizona Diamondbacks were the worst MLB team, going 81-81 and finishing in 80th place.

Nolan Arenado was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

2035 Season:

The COLORADO ROCKIES won their first ever World Series, defeating the Minnesota Twins in six games. Their 120 regular season wins was the most since the Yankees won 125 games in 2025.

The LEXINGTON LEGENDS finished in last place and were relegated to the Pit of Despair. They finished one game behind the Charlotte Knights. It was a sudden and shocking turn of events for the Legends, who finished in sixth place just 8 years ago. The Knights fell from 3rd to 172nd in just 6 years. It just goes to show that with the low-budget minor league teams, no success is permanent. Unless you're the Tacoma Rainiers, I guess.

Missoula right fielder Juan Barajas led the league with 61 home runs and a 1.142 OPS.

Mariners SP Zion Bethea struck out 314 batters and led all major league players with 9.0 WAR.

St. Lucie Mets right fielder Zach Reed had a 35 game hitting streak.


Charlotte Knights SP Dave Quenzer went 7-21 with a 7.47 ERA and 1.80 WHIP in 33 starts.

Columbia Fireflies SP Erik McCormack allowed 50 home runs in 32 starts. He also struck out 251 batters and walked just 48. He has an 80 stuff rating and a 25 movement rating. Of the 8 pitchers who have allowed 50 homers in a season, McCormack's 4.11 K/BB is by far the best.

The Erie Seawolves were the best minor league team, going 104-57 and finishing in 6th place. They led the league with 319 home runs, despite the fact that their leader had just 51. Erie had 4 batters hit at least 40 home runs and 12 hit at least ten.

The Pittsburgh Pirates were the worst MLB team, going 81-80 and finishing in 80th place.

Clayton Kershaw and Noah Syndergaard were inducted into the Hall of Fame.

The LOS ANGELES DODGERS were world champions, defeating the Toronto Blue Jays in the World Series in six games.

The BATAVIA MUCKDOGS finished in last place and have been relegated to the Pit of Despair. They went 48-114, finishing a game behind the Akron RubberDucks.

Missoula's Juan Barajas, Colorado's Sergio Briones, and Fresno's Danny Dwyer tied for the league lead with 57 home runs.

Chris Otway of the Charleston River Dogs led the league with 9.3 WAR. He hit .347 with 41 home runs and stellar defense at third base.

Rochester Red Wings catcher Carlos Perez led the league with an unbreakable record 290 strikeouts. The 34-year-old struck out in an absurd 44.6 percent of his plate appearances, and he shattered the single-season record by 22 strikeouts. Perez, who is a real person, signed a 4-year, $34 million deal prior to the season to return to Rochester after 4 seasons with the Arkansas Travelers. He hit .174 this season with a .502 OPS and a -2.3 WAR.

Columbus pitcher Juan Medrano led the league with a 2.01 ERA.

Indianapolis pitcher Steve Stearns struck out a league-leading 314 batters, walking just 60. He had a 2.51 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, and 9.1 WAR.

On June 25th, Mariners left fielder Ben Badillo went 8-8 in a 25-3 win over the Pulaski Yankees. He became the first player ever to have 8 hits in a 9-inning game. He hit 5 singles, 2 doubles, and a home run. His home run came in the 9th inning off of Pulaski center fielder Juan Campos, who was forced to pitch 1.1 innings out of the bullpen before being pulled for a second position player, Nehemiah Mathelier.

The Lansing Lugnuts were the best MiLB team, winning 104 games and finishing tied for 4th place.

The San Francisco Giants were the worst MLB team, going 82-80 and finishing in 77th place.

The LOS ANGELES DODGERS won their second consecutive World Series, defeating the Chicago Cubs in 7 games after a 116 win season. The Cubs fell down 9-1 in Game 7, but rallied back and nearly won, losing 10-9.

The FREDERICK KEYS finished in last place and were relegated to the Pit of Despair. They finished 54-107, 5 games behind the San Jose Giants in last place. They become the third Orioles affiliate to be eliminated, following the Bowie Baysox and Aberdeen Ironbirds.

Missoula RF Juan Barajas led the league in home runs for the third consecutive season. He hit a personal best 71 homers. Barajas was acquired from the Twins in 2029 as a 21-year-old in exchange for RP Tristan Gibson and 1B Ed Stennett, neither of whom ever played in Minnesota.

New Orleans 3B Cyprian Majcherczyk led the league with 54 stolen bases.

Rochester Catcher Carlos Perez struck out 185 times in 465 plate appearances, giving him 2611 for his career. This number puts him 9th all time, 26 Ks behind Bo Bichette for 8th. However, it seems very unlikely that he'll pass Nolan Jones, the all time leader with 3284 strikeouts.

Louisville SP Ledell McQuillar led all pitchers with 7.7 WAR. He had a 2.27 ERA and 0.94 WHIP, striking out 227 batters.

Mariners SP Zion Bethea struck out 292 batters in 228.1 innings. He has struck out 280 or more batters in 5 consecutive seasons.

The Lansing Lugnuts and San Antonio Missions were the best MiLB teams. They each finished 108-53, tied for third place.

The New York Mets were the worst MLB team, going 72-90 and finishing in 137th place.

Cody Bellinger and Bryce Harper were inducted into the Hall of Fame. They had 1,657 home runs between them.

The HILLSBORO HOPS were relegated to the Pit of Despair after a last place finish. They finished the year 57-105, 4 games behind the Indianapolis Indians.

Signed out of Japan as a 31-year-old, Kino****a (the forum for some reason wants to auto-censor his name) hit 270 home runs in just 6 seasons with Hillsboro. He had a remarkable 171 OPS+ and was worth 43.5 WAR.

Best Pitcher: Gabe Rice (2029-2034)

Rice signed a 1-year deal with the Hops in 2029, then immediately signed a 5-year extension with the team. He won 71 games with a 109 ERA+ and 18.3 WAR with the Hops.

Notes:

Sacramento RF Pat Gholson led the league with 58 home runs and 172 RBI. He hit .331 and also stole 25 bases.

Cubs CF Alvin Geist led the league with a .436 OBP and 8.7 WAR.

Rochester catcher Carlos Perez struck out 126 times in 280 at bats and retired following the season. He finished his career with 2737 Ks, good for 6th all time.

Josh Burgert, now with Salt Lake, hit his 714th home run on the final day of the season to tie him with Babe Ruth for 7th all time.

Clearwater SP Chris Banks went 17-3 with a 2.24 ERA and 291 strikeouts. The 2036 Cy Young Award winner is a frontrunner to win it again this year.

Mariners SP Zion Bethea struck out a league-leading 322 batters.

Rangers SP Gordie Fisher moved into 6th all time with 3809 strikeouts. The Michigan native has spent the majority of his career with the Auburn Doubledays, and he has racked up 14 seasons with 200 Ks. He is under contract with Texas for two more seasons.

The Albuquerque Isotopes were the best MiLB team, going 104-58 and finishing tied for 4th place.

The Oakland Athletics were the worst MLB team, going 78-84 and finishing in 100th place.

A 2015 international free agent signing by the Royals, Ruiz spent nine seasons with the Dust Devils. He hit .272 with 201 home runs and 27.1 WAR before signing with the Durham Bulls in 2027.

Best Pitcher: Joe Graff (2024-2033)

Graff was a 9th round pick in 2020, but he is the Dust Devils' all time leader in Innings Pitched, WAR, and he is second in wins. His best season came in 2029, when he went 11-7 with a 2.85 ERA and 231 strikeouts. He signed with Dayton in 2034 and bounced around the league before retiring in 2038.

Missoula RF Joe Van Sickel led the league with 65 home runs. The Osprey's ballpark has an absurd 1.432 multiplier for left handed batter home runs.

Beloit Snappers RF Jimmy Wright led the league with a .375 batting average, .484 OBP, and 11.8 WAR.

Pulaski Yankees outfielder Harland Music stole 50 bases.

Charleston SP Ken Weiss had a 1.78 ERA and 0.84 WHIP.

The Dayton Dragons began the season 11-0. They finished 80-82 and in 78th place.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats were the best MiLB team, going 104-57 and finishing tied for 5th place. They struggled for over a decade following the loss of Vlad Jr to the Mets, but they have come back better than ever.

The Oakland A's were the worst MLB team, going 69-92 and finishing in 140th place. They became the first MLB team ever to win fewer than 70 games.

Erickson was traded to Tennessee from the Down East Wood Ducks in the 2021 offseason. Two years later, he was their starting catcher, and he slugged .502 in his Smokies career.

Best Pitcher: Alfredo Rocha (2029-2039)

Rocha signed with the Smokies in 2025 as a minor leaguer out of Reynosa, Mexico. He became the team's ace, striking out 200 batters in 7 consecutive seasons. He departed this past offseason to join the Astros, likely putting the nail in Tennessee's coffin.

Notes:

Great Falls second baseman Jaquan Hasberry led the league with 58 home runs, 1.192 OPS, and 10.7 WAR. The Alaska native was just 4 points of batting average away from the triple crown.

Cyprian Majcherczyk stole 62 bases. He now has 307 for his career, and he is just 28 years old.

Memphis catcher Esteban Caballero struck out 257 times.

Mariners SP Zion Bethea led the league with a 2.24 ERA and 299 strikeouts. He has struck out 280 batters in 8 consecutive seasons, and at just 30 years old, he is already 59th all time in Ks.

The CINCINNATI REDS won the World Series, sweeping the Fort Wayne Tin Caps.

The Norfolk Tides finished in last place and were relegated to the Pit of Despair. They finished the season 53-108, 2 games behind the Akron RubberDucks. The Tides are the fourth Orioles affiliate to be relegated to the Pit of Despair. Only the Delmarva Shorebirds remain.

Best Hitter: Vince Erickson (2031-2038)

Erickson was acquired from the Sea Dogs in the 2030-31 offseason. He played 8 seasons as the Tides' regular left fielder, compiling 26.2 WAR in over 1200 games. After 2 seasons in Oakland, he currently plays for the Corpus Christi Hooks.

Best Pitcher: Don Carson (2029-2041)

A Rangers first round draft pick in 2026, Carson was traded to Norfolk a year later, and he has spent his entire career with the Tides. He is the tem's all time leader in Wins, IP, WAR, and Strikeouts, and his 3.60 ERA is 5th best in team history. He signed a 7-year, $128 million extension in 2036, and he must stick with the Tides in the Pit for another season before testing Free Agency again.

Richmond outfielder Juan Calvillo had a 38-game hitting streak, the longest since Corey Seager's 41-game streak in 2018.

Lakewood BlueClaws SP Juan Zapata led the league with a 2.45 ERA, just a year after posting a 5.05 ERA.

Braves SP Luis Espinoza began the season 20-1 before suffering a torn labrum.

Reds SP Sam McNutt went 20-9 with a 2.69 ERA and 1.08 WHIP, winning the Cy Young Award.

The Fort Wayne Tin Caps were the best MiLB team, going 115-47 and finishing in second place. They became just the second minor league team ever to play in the World Series, following the 2030 Tacoma Rainiers. As recently on August 7th, they were 7 and a half games up in first place.

The San Francisco Giants were the worst MLB team, going 73-88 and finishing in 122nd place. After finishing in 1st place in 2038, they have finished below .500 three seasons in a row.

Francisco Lindor, Corey Seager, and Kiril de Loera were inducted into the Hall of Fame. De Loera becomes the first Hall of Famer to go in wearing the cap of a MiLB team, as the three-time Cy Young winner is represented by the Wilmington Blue Rocks.

With 262 home runs in just 6 full seasons, Prior was the best power hitter in Canadians history. 2033 was his best season, when he hit .332 with a .408 OBP and 52 homers. He signed with the Connecticut Tigers in 2036, and he currently plays with the Peoria Chiefs.

Best Pitcher: Dusty Silva (2025-2034)

Silva was the ace of the Vancouver teams of the late '20s. He started 236 games with the team, and his 3.99 ERA is fourth best in team history. Silva bounced around the league for 4 years before retiring in 2038.

Lansing Lugnuts RF Mike Ann led the league with a .364 batting average and 1.117 OPS. The 2039 MVP was worth 7.6 WAR.

Stockton Ports LF Dan Kesecker led the league with 64 home runs.

Brewers SS Jonathan Fields led the league with 9.6 WAR. He hit .322 with 58 home runs.

30-year-old Cyprian Majcherczyk stole 68 bases. He now has 412 for his career, putting him tied with Osiris Johnson for 54th all time.

A 2019 first rounder, Fuller spent his entire career with the Bisons save for his last season. He led the league with a .738 slugging percentage in 2028, and he hit a team-record 531 home runs in his career. Fuller received 26.8% of the vote this year in his first time on the Hall of Fame ballot.

Best Pitcher: Ian Livermore (2025-2035)

Livermore is the Bisons' all time leader in Wins, innings pitched, and WAR for pitchers. He had a 3.09 ERA and 1.01 WHIP in 2029. Livermore signed with the Kane County Cougars after leaving Buffalo, and he retired in 2040.

Best Hitter: Chris Kelley (2031-2043)

After five partial seasons with Jupiter, Kelley finally became the team's regular second baseman in 2036. He struggled that year, hitting just .238 with a -0.2 WAR, but he rebounded over the next several years to become the team's all time WAR and Hits leader. He signed with the Padres this past offseason before immediately being traded to the Rangers.

Best Pitcher: Vince Farrell (2031-2041)

Farrell was a 5th round draft pick in 2030, and he spent parts of 11 seasons with the Hammerheads. His best season was 2039, when he had a 2.49 ERA and a league-best 0.88 WHIP, his sixth of eight consecutive seasons with an ERA under 3.30. The future Hall of Famer was traded to Tacoma at the 2041 trade deadline, and he currently plays for the Giants.

Notes:

Altoona RF Dave Wagner led the league in batting average, on base percentage, slugging percentage, and WAR.

Salt Lake Bees 2B Sergio Tio had a 41-game hitting streak, tying Corey Seager for the longest streak since the league reorganized.

Asheville Tourists RF Mike Rockwell stole 77 bases, the most since now-teammate Cyprian Majcherczyk stole 78 in 2039. Majcherczyk stole 51 this season, putting him at 502 for his career. The Tourists as a team had more stolen bases than home runs.

Braves SP Zion Bethea struck out 241 batters in another remarkable season. This puts him 8th all time with 3704, just 25 behind recent HOF inductee Bobby Adams.

A former first round pick, the Wyoming native had three consecutive seasons with an OPS above 1.000; he is the only Eugene player to have more than one. His 31.6 WAR and .386 OBP are team bests. LaMarca signed with the Orioles in 2031, and he hit 60 home runs in 2033. He finished his career with 692 home runs, good for 13th all time.

Best Pitcher: Brandon Little (2018-2023)

Little was a Cubs first round pick in 2017 who began his career with the Emeralds. His 4.23 is the best in team history. He signed with the Rangers in 2024, where he was immediately converted into a relief pitcher.

Charlotte Knights 1B Chris Barry led the league with 56 home runs.

Rangers CF Ignacio Godoy led the league with 9.1 WAR.

Binghamton CF Jeff Chisholm struck out 256 times, the fourth highest total ever in a season.

On June 26th, Atlanta 1B Norberto Hurtado hit his 800th home run. He retired following the season with 803 homers, behind only Trout, Bellinger, and Stanton.

Chattanooga SP Amari "Stash" Stephney went 18-2 with a 1.98 ERA, good enough for the Cy Young Award. He is not to be confused with Amari "Flash" Stephney, who is a Cleveland Indians pitching prospect.

Emeralds pitcher Andy Knaul had one of the worst seasons of all time, going 3-20 with a 7.39 ERA, 1.81 WHIP, and -1.1 WAR.

The Chattanooga Lookouts were the best MiLB team, going 118-43 and finishing in first place. They finished 9 games ahead of the Yankees, who defeated them in the World Series. The Lookouts became just the third MiLB team ever to play for a championship.

Best Hitter: Gitana Resto (2034-2044)

Myrtle Beach's all-time hits leader, Resto holds all four of the highest single-season batting averages in team history. He led the league with 53 doubles in 2040. He signed with the West Virginia Power in 2045, and he currently plays for the Toledo Mud Hens.

Best Pitcher: Phil Stewart (2020-2029)

Stewart is second in Pelicans history with 224 games started, and he is the team's leader in Wins and WAR. His best season came in 2024, when he had a 3.26 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, and struck out 184 batters. He retired in 2034 after a year in Arizona flanked by two separate brief stints in Tacoma.

Notes:

Gwinnett Stripers 1B Juan Castillo led the league with 65 home runs and a 1.180 OPS. Castillo was born in the year 2023.

Missoula CF Sergio Ramos led the league with his .351 batting average and 12.0 WAR. He also became the sixth Osprey player to hit 60 home runs in a season, joining Keenan Bell, Juan Barajas, Jorge Garza, Jeremy Heyman, and Joe Van Sickle.

Lakewood SP Elija Castellano won the Cy Young Award after posting a 2.11 ERA with 264 strikeouts.

Atlanta SP Zion Bethea struck out 231 batters, giving him 4165 in his career and putting him 5th all time.

Toronto SP Jared Straight passed Bobby Adams to move into 8th all time with 3735 strikeouts. He has never led the league in K's, due to the dominance of Bethea.

Juan Hoeye of the Dayton Dragons walked 100 batters while striking out only 93. He became the first qualified pitcher with more walks than strikeouts in a season since Sergio Robledo of Billings did so in 2042. Hoeye immediately retired following the season, and his 1932 walks are the second most of all time, behind only Nolan Ryan. Ryan pitched 2300 more innings than Hoeye over the course of his career.

The Durham Bulls and Mahoning Valley Scrappers were the best MiLB teams, going 102-60 and finishing tied for 5th.

The Baltimore Orioles were the worst MLB team, going 72-90 and finishing in 121st place.

A speedy third baseman, Majcherczyk (pronunciation unknown) has led the league in stolen bases five times. His 577 stolen bases rank him 19th all-time, just behind Ozzie Smith. He currently plays for the Texas Rangers, and even at age 34 he stole 24 bags.

Best Pitcher: Chris Blakely (2021-2032)

Blakely began his career as a shutdown reliever. As a 21-year-old in 2022, he saved 31 games with a 2.24 ERA and 0.87 WHIP. He then transitioned into the rotation, where he became the team's ace. In 2027, he was worth 6.4 WAR after a season in which he struck out 11.9 batters per 9 innings and posted a 2.61 ERA. He spent his final 5 seasons in Columbus, where he threw a perfect game in September of 2035.

The 3-time Silver Slugger won the 2040 World Series with the Atlanta Braves, and he retired in 2044 after spending time with the Houston Astros and Burlington Bees.

Best Pitcher: Mike Woods (2036-2044)

The reigning Cy Young winner got his start in Hagerstown, getting drafted out of Texas A&M by in 2036 and debuting in the Majors later that year. He won the 2041 Cy Young Award with the Suns after posting a 2.58 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, and 252 strikeouts. Woods signed a 5-year contract with St. Louis in 2045.

The 33-year-old center fielder has been a lifelong River Cat, since he was drafted in the first round in 2034. His 71.5 WAR and 303 home runs are first in team history. Since he is signed with the team until 2052, he will be forced to play out his contract in the Pit of Despair before rejoining the MLB for the 2053 season.

Best Pitcher: Jerrod Peake (2036-2042)

After beginning his career with the Washington Nationals, Peake signed a 7-year contract with Sacramento in 2036. His best season came in 2037, when he posted a 2.86 ERA with 10.7 K/9. He signed with Oklahoma City in 2043 before succumbing to injuries almost immediately.

Whiters was drafted 6th overall by the Hooks in 2023 and made his debut in the league later that year. He posted a 1.000 OPS or better four straight seasons from 2028 to 2031, and he had a .360 OBP in his time in Corpus Christi. He retired in 2038 with 537 career home runs.

Best Pitcher: Nate Grimm (2041-2050)

Originally a 6th round pick by Jacksonville, Grimm was released by the Jumbo Shrimp in 2040. Almost immediately, he became one of the top prospects in the league, topping out at #4 just a year and a half later. He was worth 6.6 WAR in 2044, and he struck out 281 batters the following year. A 2037 first rounder, Saling debuted briefly at the end of that season, and was named the league's #11 prospect a year later. Saling was known especially for his eye, walking a league leading 177 times in 2043. He signed with the Yankees in 2046, and he currently plays right field for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Best Pitcher: Jon Soliz (2041-2051)

Soliz was acquired as a prospect from the Diamondbacks in 2039 in exchange for ace Gilberto Paz. Soliz never reached the 5.6 WAR Paz was worth in his season in Arizona, but he was a workhorse, starting 30+ games in each of the last nine seasons. He will be a free agent in 2053, when he will be able to rejoin the league.

Notes:

Gwinnett 1B Juan Castillo hit a league leading 61 home runs. Only 27 years old, he now has 391 for his career, and he has hit at least 50 homers in 6 consecutive seasons.

Milwaukee LF Jorge Trevino led the league with 8.6 WAR.
