Amateur Draft Issue

Hey Everyone I was hoping I could get some help. I must have touched something and messed things up.

I am trying to create a random debut league and the initial draft pool is fine, the season stats are fine and then comes the amateur draft.

I have run multiple test leagues and never had this issue up until now.

My amateur draft pool - All the batters are the best players and all have the same ratings: Con 10 Pow 20 Eye 20
Every single one

The pitchers are all 1-2 star rated even though they shouldn't be.

Any help is really appreciated!

Sorry I tried to add the screenshot incorrectly.
Something is definitely off and I can't figure out what.
I don't think I touched anything, it just randomly started doing this.

The opposite happened in my universe. The Top 25 amateurs every year (4 years) were Pitchers in my Fictional League.

Did they have the same ratings?
No matter how many times I create a new leave and dim to the first amateur draft the rating issue is exactly the same
