DL Question

How do you put a player on the 60 day disabled list, I've never been able to do this on 11, 12, or 13. Sometimes if its a 2 month injury and I ask the CPU to we up the entire team, they put them on the 60 day dl, but then they mess up my lineups or something. Anyway to do this manually???

There is no need. If you put them on the 15-day, they will stay there until their injury is healed. The MLB uses 60-day DL to open a spot on the 40-man roster. Not an issue in iOOTP.

I have the same question, but the answer above doesn't address it.

When the other teams run by the computer have an injury, I see 60-day DL used.

I think the question is why is this not an option for the player but is for the iOOTP app?

When the player's injury is worse than two months, doesn't it automatically put them on the 60 day DL?

I have yet to see this in iOOTP. I've had guys out for 13 months, and I have to put them on the 15-Day DL. No such thing as a 60Day for the player.

What is the need for a 60 man DL if you can leave a player on the 15-day for 60 days?

Iootp 13 update/14

Sebastian, can you try to make it so that we can choose to place a player on either the 15-Day DL OR the 60-Day DL, as I can't put a player the the 60 day DL. I would like to have this for either the iootp 13 update, or for iootp 14.

Thanks,
