Dave Winfield is the only player to win CWS most outstanding player and be elected to the HOF.

But he recently got a card so I am not sure if he will get another.

Maybe we will see a 2016 Jackie Bradley Jr AS card? (2010 most outstanding player)

Maybe a 2002 Pat Burrell card? (how was he not a AS that year?) Maybe an unsung hero?
He was the 1996 most outstanding player

Huston Street would be nice lower tier card, but as a Longhorn fan I'm biased. Also a Nomar Garciaparra card would be great.

I, too, was a fan of Street in 2003. I appreciated him giving up the winning run that sent Rice to the championship series against Stanford.

Yes, not sure about the WS but definitely a prominent college player.
