Pedro Perfect
Pedro Martinez (1997 Expos) pitched the 1st no-hitter & perfect game for the New York Flyers in the last game before the All-Star Break.
Lou Brock, Rod Carew, Carl Yazstremski, George Brett, Cody Bellinger, Willie Mays, Troy Tulowitzki, Francisco Lindor, & Ivan Rodriguez all went 0-for-3 against him on July 18th, 2029. The last out of the game was a slow roller to Lindor off the bat of Ivan Rodriguez who threw across the diamond to Gehrig to secure the ultra-rare feat for the Montreal Flyers/New York Expos' hurler. In other Perfect Leagues news, (P.417), Lefty Grove threw a perfect game for the Durham El Torros earlier in the season. I couldn't believe it. I almost missed it. I noticed the shutout but a perfect game? I'd better go celebrate.

Only 86 pitches for a 10K game as well. Nice!

Yeah I liked the 86 pitches and 10 Ks. 27 outs, 26 balls.
Then I think the 10 grounders, at least 3 were tapped right back to him, (1-3), the rest (7) routine infield putouts, and says there were 7 flyballs...I remember 2 being almost warning track deep (one of those CF had to chase down in the gap) and one being hit hard right at an outfielder. Guess that leaves about 4 routine outfield putouts.
