Is it me or....

do I remember reading somewhere shortly before the release of 14, that there would be an option for teams to have a second ballpark (spring training)? I swear I remember reading something about this, but obviously it's not in the game.

When that was first posted I didn't read it as saying each team would have a second spring training park. I read it as teams would automatically play in a generic spring training park with the important part being we would have appropriate weather.

Haven't gotten to my first ST yet so haven't seen any of this in action.

There is a generic "spring training park" that all teams play in during spring training. The weather is set to be in the 70s.

Yup, the DDB (online league) has entered its' first spring training in v14 and all spring training games are being played in a generic ballpark with spring like weather and smaller ST like attendance ( boxscore). Much better than playing in Minnesota on March.
