Could I please get some help? Logo requests

Hey guys. I was wondering if somebody could do me a quick favor since I have very little resources available to use and well my knowledge of such programs is non resistant.

I am creating a new league that im going to call the Western Prospects Hockey League (WPHL) (replacing the Federal Prospects Hockey League)

request no. 1. If possible would someone be nice enough to create a nice, professional looking league logo for me?

2. I i have a couple teams that Ive found logos for but I kinda want to localize the logos. If someone could add the city Cheyenne (Cheyenne, WY) to the left (angled) of the Chiefs logo.

3. I have a second team that I want same thing done with. Curved text with Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO) to the top right of the Rams logo.

I don't imagine any of these requests should be overly difficult to do. So if someone is willing to take 10-15 minutes (probably less?) out of their day to help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.
