Understanding Scouting vs. OSA
Which prospect rankings/lists are compiled by the scouting director instead of OSA? My understanding was that OSA only contributes to the Top 100 prospects on Opening Day, but if you set it to Dynamic that the team scout takes over. Same goes for organizational prospect rankings, the rankings/top 200 prospects under Player Development, etc.
Tl;dr I'm trying to understand what parts of scouting are evaluated by the SD versus OSA. Any help here's appreciated, as I haven't gotten a clear answer. |

Your minor league report from the team reports should be your scout. Everything about minors from league reports is OSA.

Think of OSA as Baseball America or MLB Pipeline and your Scout as your Scouts ratings.
