Hi All - the financials of my Strangeverse league are bumming me out - looking for a recommendation. Should I just use the preselects and choose 2018/19, or is there a custom format you'd recommend that was enjoyable?

Most teams have a substantial surplus of their budget available each season - it's like there aren't enough good free agents to spend money on... so it's too easy to buy a title if teams want to go that route. And, all of the teams make a sizable profit. As an example, San Diego has a $168M budget, yet it has only allocated $68M to players.

Any suggestion on ways to make this aspect of my save more challenging/realistic?
