Well... I thought it was time to start working on a custom card design again. I welcome your thoughts on this work in progress:

I haven't worked on batter stats yet or alternative verstions.

Don't really get the thing around the card number, is it supposed to be a finger? Looks like Jamaica to me. If it is supposed to be a finger, make it darker. I'd suggest this, but just the outline.

Other than that it looks really amazing.

It's supposed to be a piece of torn paper. I've thrown some of the graph paper lines on it. Does that look better or do I need a different direction over there?

Looks better with the graph paper underneath.

I like it. Have you tried other options there? Sometimes you just won't know until you actually see it.

I tried a baseball but couldn't quite get it to fit the theme. Here's one with home plate as the number background. I have also tried it with just white numbers on the blue background, but I like it a bit better with some decorative element to it.

1936 fhomess

I was a bit bored and figured it was time to get another older card style out there, so here's a very basic card designed in the vein of sets from the 1930's. Date will change with year.

I've been generating baseball cards for each player on the championship team at the end of every season. Until now they have been just been random, generic cards with nothing on them to indicate they are for the championship. Thanks to the great work and information provided by fhomess I've been doing some editing for myself! So far, just editing some existing cards but plan to work on my own creation soon (probably after tax season). Anyway, I am pleased with how this year's championship cards came out, here are examples for a couple different teams...

A very nice set from the nostalgia years of baseball.
Had to grab it.
