wrong tier of cards in perfect draft

I noticed this in two rounds just now of a PD I did.

In the silver round, a live gold card was available. And then in the bronze round, a live silver card was available.

Guessing that as live cards are re-rated, they aren't getting filtered out properly by the PD servers.

I'm assuming they were the correct rating for level. It's just that none of the card art seems to be updating for anyone across modes.
