Free agents or extensions
I have a lot of money for free agents but non for extensions. I think spending on an extension is the same as free agents
Since I can not sign players to extension but can after they become free agents. Is there a way to adjust the money. |

You probably have players going into arbitration so the money they may get is why you have none for extension.
Or someone who is getting paid crazy next year but not this year |

"Money for Free Agents" refers to how much budget space you have for the current season.
"Money for Extensions" refers to how much budget space you have in the next season. This takes into account your projected budget for the next season, minus your current contracts for the next year and minus arbitration/auto renewal estimate amounts. I know the wording of these two is a bit confusing, but that is what they mean. |
