How did he get down to 90?

Ratings are not linked to ERA or record. Look at his FIP and his ZiPS projection and you'll get your answer.

As for the % caught I don't think they change the hold rating.

They do not regularly change periphery ratings, such as hold runners, stamina, or base running. There have been rumors that they may upon the conclusion of the season, but... *shrugs* we'll see.
