Can I make a stadium request?

I normally don't make requests, but thought this one would be interesting:

Palisades Credit Union Ballpark

Left field:323 ft (98 m)
Left-center:383 ft (117 m)
Center field:403 ft (123 m)
Right-center:383 ft (117 m)
Right field:313 ft (95 m)

I find it interesting because the batter's eye is in the field of play... AND the town supervisor who got it built, bypassed tax payers/residents who didn't want it. And because of that, he went to jail!

The town is now on the hook for millions of dollars in loans. It's a beautiful ballpark though. I can say that because I've been to it a bunch of times. Lot's of people go, but no one who's there gives a crap about the team. That is sad in a way.

I wish the DMV had service like this.

(BTW, would you like me to dig up some more info on it? Like wall height, more pics, etc? I know I didn't give you much)

BTW, here's another pic that might help with textures.

Wall heights would be helpful. I just kind of eyeballed it for now. I think I have the batters eye at 30’ anything would help

Yeah, there's not much info on that (which is weird because the wall height are interesting. Especially with that in play batters eye and the "Williamsburgh" type right field wall. (Red Sox fans would get that reference )

Maybe this will help. You can see the height of the wall relative to the players. Maybe 12-14 ft to left, 20-22ft left center, (30 feet seems good for the the batters eye) 16-18 ft to right center, 22-24 ft for the toyota ad, 5 for the right field wall.

Cool! BTW, I reached out to their PR person to see if I can get some official info. (I work for a TV network so I'm trying to see if I can swing some connections

Here's what he told me:

Depends on the wall..

Left field is 8 feet. Then is goes up to 16 feet and then centerfield is 34 feet. Back down to 16 feet and then down to 4 feet in right field.

Oh wow, Silvam that’s beautiful. Really.

Truth be told, I think the Rockland Boulders organization would really be jazzed about this. They are desperate to pump out positive PR about the ballpark.

If silvam doesn't mind, I'd like to make a request as well. This is for a fictional park so I'll describe it briefly here:

It is a pitcher friendly park with somewhat deep dimensions and a healthy amount of foul territory. The stadium has a classic look, with the infield stands extending to the foul poles. In addition there are a couple of bleacher sections in the outfield. It is also a fan friendly park, having a plaza area in straightaway center and a picnic area next to the bleacher section in right field.

If there's anything else you'd like me to specify, please let me know.

That's understandable, I'm happy to oblige. I'm imagining something like a combo of Sportman's Park (stands extending to foul poles), Tiger Stadium (healthy amount of foul territory) and the 50s version of Milwaukee County Stadium (bleacher sections in outfield). As for the plaza area in straightaway center, I imagine something like what's shown at the 7:59 mark of this video of fictional stadiums from All Star Baseball 2005. All of this with a modern look of course.

I hope that helps. If not let me know.

Here you go. It is a symmetrical field with fairly deep power alleys and a deep center field, thus favoring pitchers. The center field wall is straight to accommodate the batter's background and the plaza area:

LF LINE - 355 ft
LF - 380 ft
LEFT CENTER - 390 ft
CENTER - 425 ft
RIGHT CENTER - 390 ft
RF - 380 ft
RF LINE - 355 ft

This isn't a request, strictly-speaking, but silvam, do you think you might ever do some of the bigger foreign stadiums? Hiram Bithorn in Puerto Rico, Estadio Latinoamericano in Cuba, or any of the *** or KBO parks? Hiram Bithorn and the Tokyo Dome, for instance, have both hosted regular-season MLB games, as well as WBC games...
