Steam Cloud No Longer Supported?

I could have sworn that in at least one or two older versions of OOTP on Steam that it included the cloud backup (so you could play the same game from different computers) but I can't see it for OOTP20.

Am I doing something wrong or is it no longer an option?

My understanding was that is was never supported. I remember Markus stating long ago that they knew it existed but decided not to use it because the save save games were too large.
That was fine for then but now Steam has greatly raised the file size limit. I wish they would revisit it.
It is massively convenient to synchronize across multiple systems.

For now I use something like Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive.
Easy but not as easy as having Steam know which files have changed and only downloading and syncing those that have changed.

I'm not sure why that option was there - as far as I know, it won't actually work, since we have nothing internally that actually uses cloud saves.
