Sad News
Guys. Came by to contact my old friends.
Been away for a while. Depressed by my sister's death. Also my TB 2005 crapped out and left me unable to create fighters & contribute. On top of that for some inexplicable reason I could not access the Boxrec site for a long while. My wife, partner, and honey bunny, Liz has passed away. We were talking about taking a walk before it turned dark and were watching an NCIS rerun. Liz made a horrible sound and went rigid. I called 911 immediately but their aid and the ER was to no avail. As per her wishes her eyes & remains were donated to help others. Liz & I met in'95 and committed ourselves to each other the following year. Early on we called each other Honey Bunny and Honey Bear. We shortened this to The Bunny and The Bear which is how I got the moniker most folks know me by. Bear

Sorry to read that bear, sounds like you had a great relationship. I lost my father earlier this year & reflect on the good times we shared - it helps keep their memory alive.

Words fail me, Bear.
My wife/best friend and I have been together for more than thirty years. I can't imagine being without her. I'm sure Liz was thinking of you, and it's my belief she'll be waiting for you when it's your time to go. Cap

Liz always said that as long as you are remembered you aren't gone so my memories are giving me some solace. My bunny also told me that should she die I deserve happiness. I have to work on seeing to her wish, although it won't be easy.

It sounds like your Liz was a wise and kind person. My condolences on your deep loss. I don't know how one recovers from this blow but be assured that our thoughts are with you going forward.
