Installation Issues
I've posted in the forums with this same issue before and got no response. I am trying to download OOTP 19 from steam and put it into my solid state (G) drive instead of my C drive. However, every time I do this, after I open the game, it installs itself into the C drive. I have no more room in the C drive. I need to know how to keep it out of the C drive and make sure ALL files before and after I open the game stay in the G drive.

Hey BleedCubbieBlue,
So the game is technically being installed onto your G drive but its the local data that is not. The local data that occurs after you launch the game automatically gets stored in your C:/users/"yourusername"/documents/Out of the Park Developments/ OOTP Baseball 19 The base game files that you've told steam to install on your G drive are in fact there. Most likely there are in whatever directory you setup to install your steam games into "\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 19". Now you can move your C:/users/"yourusername"/documents/Out of the Park Developments/ OOTP Baseball 19 folder by going to the game main menu. Selecting settings>Expert>and under the custom data path hit select. You can then select where you would like your data path to go instead of the traditional C drive. You may need to copy over any saved games or downloaded mods if you have those installed. But this should move all your documents files to the G drive folder you select. You may want to make a new folder when you move it over to the G drive just so you have visual of where its going. There is one more folder in your appdata folder on your C drive but those are just for the config files and they are kb sizes so I wouldn't worry about those 7 files. They also can't be moved as far as I know. Hopefully this helps Alex |

Thank you SO SO much, it worked! I tried everything I could think of and even had my buddy who is a software guy try some stuff. I was worried I'd have to get a new PC part for this. Again, thanks
