FA/No Movement Clause Issue
During Free Agency, when a player wants a No Movement Clause (NMC) I don't want to give them this. Usually you would be able to increase your offer and pay the player enough to not care about the NMC. For instance, if Roman Josi wants a NMC and 6.9M/year for six years, if I offer 7.1 and ask for his response, he'll say no, he wants a no movement clause. That's expected as I didn't really up my offer by a significant amount. If however, I up my offer to 8.9M/year for six year without the NMC, and ask for his response, he says that the offer is good and he'll be in contact with me, and there's no option to submit my offer. What it means is that there's no way for me to sign a player who wants a NMC without a NMC, no matter what I'm willing to pay him.

Sounds like it may be an issue with the mechanics of the contract UI itself, rather than the player logic. I'll see if I can replicate it.
