Can I have 2 versions of 20 on same computer?

Is that a dumb question? Maybe. But can I?

Yes, it is possible.
We have had all three versions (Steam, e-sell, origin) installed on the same computer.
But you have to make sure that you install them into separate folders.
The game is pretty robust and we only ran into an issue once during two years of play (PT19+20).

I assume you want to create additional teams beyond the 3 team limit ?

If you create teams with a second installation, you can (afterwards) actually use the same OOTP game (example steam) to access all your teams.

We have created teams with the various versions of OOTP but primarily use one specific version of OOTP to login and access our teams.

I guess a follow-up would be if you can have one from esellerate and one from fastspring. Different providers, but both through the web store.

Yes, you can. I have also used both versions on the same machine as well.
Just make sure you install them to separate folders.
It may overwrite the launch-shortcut on your desktop. You may need to create one for each installation that points to the correct ootp executable.

I got one version (eSellerate) at the start of the season and bought a second copy (which by that time was through FastSpring) during the All Star sale. I installed that version using my wife's Windows 10 login.

If you bought both versions from FastSpring, I would think you could just unlicense the game and then re-license it using the second license key. I tried doing that at first but eSellerate and FastSpring use different formats for their license keys.
