Future Draft Pool (?)

Question on the future draft pool....notice several years go from the current year (which happens to be 2019) and several players listed in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

I ask, because there aren't enough players listed in the current year (2019) to get through all the rounds.

This was a league imported from ver20 where the draft pool was created in ver20.....when it pulled across, several players that was in it are listed in the 2020 and 2021 list now.

New draft players are created annually each time the draft pool is announced including future players
