My review of OOTP20

No game is ever going to be perfect. If OOTP20 was perfect, there would be no reason to improve anything which is unrealistic as I think there is always room for improvement. I have read a lot of posts on these forums in recent weeks and, maybe it's just me, but there seems to be an increasingly negative atmosphere here. I think criticism is fine and there are times when it is warranted, but when it starts to become personal with people attacking each other or the people who work for OOTP, that's not cool.

I had a problem the other day that Markus helped to resolve immediately. This has been my experience with OOTP overall since I started playing the game in 2013. The OOTP team has always been helpful and if someone doesn't know the answer, they will find someone who does. This doesn't mean that the issue you have will get resolved right away, but any computer or online issues typically take 3-5 business days for a resolution. These guys usually get it resolved within that time-frame or even sooner.

If you don't like OOTP, that's fine. I respect your opinion. You don't have to play the game. There are plenty of us here who do like the game and even love it. There are many other games on the market for you to play for the computer. Personally, I don't think any of them come even close to what OOTP offers. I have been playing OOTP20 since Monday and it is the best version yet IMHO. I look forward to more updates this year and I trust that Markus and the team will only make it even better. If there are flaws, which there will be and are, I trust they will do everything they can to make it the best experience for their customers.

Well said, IMO 99.9% of people would agree, improvements are always available, it just takes time. If the game was perfect I would not be able to play because my mistakes would be eliminated, half the fun is finding my errors.
